Yoga allows us to reset the mind and body and provides the foundations required for success.
My name is Michael. My background doesn’t scream Yoga teacher and I don’t believe I’m the “stereotypical” yoga teacher. However, my background allows me to understand people and be able to build good working relationships that build confidence and trust.
My experiences have provided me with the opportunity to learn, understand and adjust my own behaviours and I truly believe for people to be successful, we require strong core values and foundations. Strong values and understanding them, allow people to work and continue to live at their best for a more sustained period.
This is achievable through health, fitness and wellbeing and is why I have started MH Yoga and Coaching. My mission is; To help strengthen, body, mind and behaviours through the paradigm of health, fitness and wellbeing and to use these tools to explore this. Offering numerous interventions proven to support and help individuals, organisations and their people.
